Simetigast Forte is a medical device in soft capsule form, with 240mg of simeticone in each capsule. Simeticone is a surface-active substance that reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract, helping them to break up and be expelled. This effectively relieves symptoms associated with excess gas in the abdomen, including bloating, fullness and belching.
Recommended both for everyday gastrointestinal discomfort and before diagnostic tests of the abdominal cavity, such as ultrasound, endoscopy or radiography, this deodorant improves the quality of diagnostic images by reducing the amount of gas in the gastrointestinal tract, which is key to accurately assessing the internal organs.
Contraindications and precautions:
Do not use this medical device if:
- You have a known hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.
- You have, or are suspected to have, a perforation or obstruction of the gastrointestinal tract.

Take the capsule during or after a meal. Swallow it whole with plenty of liquid.
