PolandWe recommend washing the scalp using the cup method. Foam the shampoo with a little water in a bowl or a lidded container. Spread the foam over the scalp and massage gently, then rinse with lukewarm water. Alternatively, apply a small amount of shampoo to wet hair, massage in and rinse thoroughly.
