1 pcUse before bathing or getting your feet wet. Make sure your foot is dry. Use the file side to safely remove hard skin and calluses. Gently press the metal file against thickened, hardened areas, then move the mini files slowly back and forth along the hard skin. Check your progress as you go. Apply slightly more pressure to areas with heavy build-up, but pause regularly to check the results. Stop when healthy skin appears or the hard skin has been removed; filing for too long may cause irritation and pain. After use, empty the container, rinse the file with cool water and leave it to dry.
