Wash and dry your feet. Carefully remove the product from the package and place the soaked patches on your heel. Then wrap the heel with the protective material. Secure the material with a sticker. Leave on heels for 90 to 120 minutes, depending on the condition of the heels. Remove and wash off any remaining liquid with warm water. The skin of the heels begins to peel off 5 to 14 days after use.
