Before you start using the elements included in the Diamond Powder Nail System set, give your nails the desired shape. Then use shiny block. In the next step, apply PRIMER to each nail. 2. Now it's time for the BASE COAT, which dries quickly, so we put it on the nail plate of only one nail. Then we dip it gently in the powder. Brush the excess powder with a brush.
