Traditional Delia eyebrow tint is extremely easy to apply. Mix the powder with the activator in a ratio of 1:1. With a brush or a dedicated stick, apply henna to the eyebrows and / or eyelashes. If you apply it on eyelashes, remember about eye protection pads. Leave the tint on for about 5-10 minutes, depending on the effect you want to achieve. Rinse with warm water.
