Gently buff the nail plate with a nail buffer. Prepare the nail by applying a thin layer of base coat, then cure as directed. For an extension, place a nail form beneath the nail plate. Use a brush to apply a thin layer of gel, extending it to the required length and shape. Cure under a UV LED lamp for at least 60 seconds. To remove the inhibition layer, wipe the nail with a cotton pad soaked in cleanser. If desired, apply colour followed by a top coat, following the instructions for each product.
