You can apply mineral foundation dry or mix it with your favorite cream, thermal water or light-weight oil. Apply it with a sponge or brush. Open and pour a small amount of powder onto the lid. Pick up the powder with a brush or sponge (if you want to use the foundation wet, slightly dampen the brush/sponge first). Apply evenly to the skin, from the outside towards the center of the face, in circular motions. You can repeat the action if you want stronger coverage.
