Measure about 2/3 of the cap's capacity and rinse the mouth for about 30 seconds. Do not dilute. Use 2-3 times a day after brushing teeth. Do not swallow, do not rinse mouth with water. For professional oral hygiene, use preferably together with a dental paste that reduces sensitivity. When taking fluoride from other sources, consult your dentist or doctor.
