Prepare the nail plate by buffing it, apply an acid-free primer if needed, then apply a base coat. Cure under a lamp. Apply gel or acrylic gel to the lower, concave side of the form. Place it on the prepared nail plate and press gently. Cure under a UV/LED lamp, following the curing time recommended for the builder product you are using. Carefully remove the form from the nail. File the product, then apply your chosen top coat or gel polish.
