Warm the oil, then massage it into previously washed and towel-dried hair, focusing on the ends, and into the scalp. For optimal results, continue the treatment for 20 minutes. Apply until the scalp stops absorbing the oil.

Leave it on overnight, then wash your hair as usual in the morning. Use 2–3 times a week. For very dry hair, dandruff or an irritated, itchy scalp, apply it daily. Alternatively, use the oil two hours before washing your hair.

The oil can be used during pregnancy.
