- Apply a thin layer: use a small amount, around 4 turns of the roller, and spread it evenly over the centre of each underarm.
- Use regularly at first: apply every night for 3–7 nights, then reduce use to 2–3 nights a week or apply as needed.
- In the morning, wash the layer off with soap and water.
- After underarm hair removal, wait 3 days before use.
