Brushing the bust:
Start on the left side of the body.
1. Direct the brush from the armpit towards the chest and the top of the chest. Make circular movements in a clockwise direction. Do 5-10 repetitions on each breast.
2. Make short movements from the teat towards the neck and upwards. Do 5-10 repetitions on each breast.
Neck brushing:
Lift your chin up and down.
Neck brushing:
1. Brush in circular motions on the neckline. Do 5 repetitions of the movement.
2. Pay attention to your collarbones and brush them outside.
Armpit brushing:
1. Make a move from your forearm downwards. Repeat 5-10 times.
