Kallos Profi Pil Developer 3% is a color activator; otherwise, hydrogen peroxide or oxidizer, for henna for eyebrows and eyelashes. The product has a creamy consistency that blends in comfortably with henna and does not overburden or dry the hair. Profi Pil Developer 3% contains hydrogen and is used for permanent dyeing of eyebrows and eyelashes, it stabilizes the dye and corresponds to 3% hydrogen peroxide.
