Pick up the desired amount of soap on the brush, then apply it in upward strokes, gently pressing it onto the hairs. Shape your brows by brushing towards the outer ends. If there is any excess, brush it through with a clean spoolie. BROW SO(AP)! Can be applied over made-up brows, or you can fill in any sparse areas after using it.
To avoid applying too much soap directly to your brows, first spread the product on the lid or the back of your hand after picking it up with the applicator.
