Directions for use: BingoSpa

for brine baths: pour 1 flat cap of BINGOSPA brine into the water. Recommended: 2 baths a week.

for compresses: mix BINGOSPA brine with water in a vessel to obtain a paste consistency. Cover selected parts of the body with a thick layer. After approx. 10 min. wash off.
